Six parts. One record, always in sync.
Attendance feeds leave, leave feeds payroll, and payroll feeds the documents your people need at tax time. Here is each part, with the details that matter when you run it every month.
Every punch has a time, a place and, if you want, a face.
Employees punch in and out from the Android or iOS app, or from the web portal. Each punch can carry a geo-tagged selfie, and each office has its own geo-fence.

Leave, regularisation and overtime each have their own approval route. Send leave to the manager alone, and overtime to the manager and then HR, or any arrangement that suits how you work.

Define salary components and structures once. Each month, run payroll, review it and finalise it; finalising publishes the payslips. Tax rules are kept per financial year, so a March run and an April run each use the rules they should.
